Outpatient Healthcare Assistant

If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant with a strong understanding of how a Outpatient team operates then we could have just the role for you.
We are looking for a Outpatient Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatient team at our Emerson’s Green Hospital.
About the Role
You will be a vital member of the outpatient team. You provide providing clinical and non-clinical support within the Unit, ensuring that all patients are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, which endorses the patient centred approach of the team.
You will provide a professional and patient focused clinical and administration and reception tasks, supporting the clinical team within the unit under the direction of a professionally qualified worker
About You
Who we're looking for
The role involves direct contact with patients and their families on a physical and psychological level and therefore you need to be empathetic, friendly and have with good interpersonal skills as well as;
- The ability to promote safe patient care
- Are willing to develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhancethe delivery of our clinical service
- The ability to recognise and give priority to the needs of patients while maintaining respect, dignity and having an individualised approach to patient services
- Good basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Telephone manner
