Health Care Assistant - Nights
Salary: £24,178 per annum, including market supplement.
Location: Baycroft Flitwick
Hours & Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week, Night staff required. 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am. 3x 12 hour shifts per week including alternate weekends.

And in return, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting our residents with their daily personal care needs whilst promoting their dignity and individuality.
- Working as part of a strong, talented team.
- Helping our residents with their hygiene, mobility and physical comfort.
- Reporting to our dedicated nursing team regarding any illness, accident or event incurred by our residents, colleagues or visitors.
- Undertaking observations of our residents and documenting this as necessary in their care plans.
- Having a positive and friendly disposition.
- Offering ongoing comfort to our residents who may be ill or requiring care at the end of their life, whilst making sure that their religious or cultural needs are fulfilled.
