HEALTHCARE ASSISTANTS
Nursing and Residential Home in Hillingdon area, UB1
Care Home with Nursing in Southall, London with 160 rooms, our Care Centre is located in Southall, London and available for a wide variety of people, offering support for a variety of disorders, disabilities and behaviours, including:

- The hourly rate is between £9.75-£10 per hour

With your kind and compassionate nature, you'll love to spend time talking to residents, learning a life history, hobbies past and present, and what their favourite knock-knock joke is.
You'll take great pride in helping a resident to achieve the smallest of conquests. You smile through everything and you'll bring happiness to your work every single day.

- Experience in a similar role is mandatory
The day to day job role:
- Fully supported by your team, you’ll work closely with our residents, their families, friends & carers to provide strong & safe, physical & emotional care.
- You will be passionate to empower & support residents to achieve even the smallest of conquests through encouraging choice, independence & dignity.
- With unparalleled kindness, you’ll assist the everyday needs of our residents, from personal care & companionship to joining in with activities & events.
- You’ll be highly organised with excellent attention to detail & a willingness to learn.
- You’ll be talented in building strong & fulfilling relationships with your team our residents, families, friends & within the local community.
- As part of the role, you may be requested to work some weekends.
