successful applicant must hold a full, clean UK driving licence. Applicant will receive a paid induction period , paid shadow shifts will be provided (terms and conditions apply), a full enhanced DBS will be completed by successful applicant.
Ideally applicant should have at least 1 year in care experience but this is not essential as full training will be provided and paid for by independence at home limited.
main duties will be to provide assistance to clients in their own home. This will include assistance with aspects of personal care, companionship, medication prompts/reminders, meal preparation, light housework and laundry, shopping calls.
Applicant will need to have the following qualities for the role; compassionate, caring, patient, friendly, empathetic, self motivated, reliable, punctual, trustworthy.
