This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare assistant with a passion for care. Working within the Residential care home Caring for adults of any age with dementia, Physical disabilities and/or sensory impairments.
You don’t need to have worked in care before because we offer full training, your first two weeks start with you completing your Care Certificate to proudly showcase all your new skills.
Unfortunately we cannot accept those who need sponsorship to work in this role due to government guideline's.
We do not have an interview date as we will be interviewing successfully shortlisted candidates continuously.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Personal Care (bathing/showering/toileting/etc)
- Assisting with medication
- Light domestic duties
- Companionship
- Monitoring and reporting patients’ conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight measurements
- Some specialised techniques may be required, specific to a customer’s needs (training will be required
- Flexibility and commitment to meet the demands of the business
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Shift patterns are usually 8 - 8

Salary: £10.92 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Due to current government guidelines, we are still required to wear PPE (masks)
