We have recently welcomed Bay Tree Court (Residential Care) in Prestbury to the Lilian Faithfull Family. Bay Tree Court provides care for older people, some whom live with Dementia.

We are looking for new Health Care Assistants to join the team as we increase the residents we care for at Bay Tree Court.

Job type: Full and Part-time (we are a flexible team)

About you

We are looking for both experienced and inexperienced carer's. Training will be provided, including a week's induction program away for the home. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a compassion attitude to care and an understanding of the needs of older people, your role will be to support our residents to live happy and meaningful lives by assisting them with their daily needs in accordance with their care plans and personal preferences.

All breaks paid plus additional enhancements (weekends/meds)

Pay: starting £9.50 (£10.42 * from 1st April) , rate higher depending on experience and qualification + enhancements ( additional £ 1 per hour for hours worked at weekend /plus 40p/hour medication allowance ( if applicable and once trained ) + benefits.

Wagestream (ready access to hours earned, drawdown 50% of your earned pay before payday)

Additional requirements: All our staff working in a care home are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 to work in care home premises, unless they have evidence that they are exempt from requirements NB: Please note we are unable to offer overseas sponsorship at this time

Salary: £9.50-£10.80 per hour
