Health Care Assistant
£20,921 – £24,407 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
Full time or part time (4 days plus)
Treloar’s is one of the largest specialist Schools and Colleges in the UK for young people with disabilities. Our fundamental purpose is simple: to enable disabled young people to fulfil their potential in every aspect of their lives.
We are looking for enthusiastic and competent Health Care Assistants to join our busy clinical team at Treloar’s. This is a varied and busy role, where you will work closely with nurses to monitor student health needs, help train care staff in clinical skills and complete regular audits. You, in turn, will be supported and supervised by a registered nurse, and have a bespoke training package.
We are a supportive team, with immense job satisfaction from supporting our students to access education. We are rated Outstanding by Ofsted and CQC.
We are keen to hear from you if you have a relevant level 3 qualification, have recent care experience, proven competence in a range of clinical skills and can work a range of shifts.
Hours: Full and Part time hours available. Rotas will include a combination of 7.00am starts; 21.30pm finishes and, including some weekends and occasional nights
Initially the role will be working during term time although there may in future be some provision needed outside of term.
