A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small friendly team at Seahaven Care Home. Seahaven is a family run independent care home supporting 30 residents. We are looking for a talented care assistants to join our home whom is keen and eager to progress.
It is a very exciting time for the home with lots of opportunities. Positions are limited and we expect significant interest in these positions which will not last long.
About the Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will be tasked with you will promote and deliver high standards of care and supervise and instruct less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the Home.
Skills and Experience:
· Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.
· Excellent communication and written skills
· Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised
· Team player but able to work on your own initiative
· Dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the Home
· Previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting and experience of working with the elderly
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Salary: From £10.45 per hour
