Job description
We Require Care Assistants and Night Care Assistants to work part time/full time- mornings, evenings, nights and alternate weekends are required. Shifts are 07.00-15.00, 15.00-22.00, 22.00-08.00. Wages are £10.42 to £11.20 per hour. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Sandy Lane has been building its reputation back up, and as the rooms are refilling with Adults who need support and care for a range of needs. We Need individuals who want to make a difference to other people's lives, whilst being reliable, caring individuals who want to improve their own skills and compliance within the Residential Care Home Sector.
Career progression is always encouraged, and we are looking for experienced individuals to cover Senior Shifts during the day and night. These are available to those who are suitably qualified, are medication trained and do have the relevant experience. The Senior role is paid at £11.22 to £12.00 per hour.
- Full or Part time from 1 shift per week to 4/5.

We require Individuals who are flexible and can cover work colleagues holidays and sickness at short notice, so Residents can have a continuity of care you would expect for those close to you. We also require individuals who can care and fill documentation in to a standard that is required by the Regulators of the Care Industry, to show their quality and standard of care they produce practically.
