Job description
We are looking for someone with the required strengths to join our wonderful team and residents here at Pine Tree Court!
We are committed to providing a high level service and environment for those residing with us suffering from age related issues and mental health problems. This role consists of working efficiently, conscientiously, safely, and to maintain high standard of care provision/delivery, supervising other staff and supporting management principles to include disciplinary and good practice.
Other responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the efficient operation of the home.
- To work as part of a team and give support to other-to-other staff, leading by example.
- Ensure safe practise, adhering to the homes policies & procedure and health & safety.
- To enhance and promote the client’s quality of life.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22 per week
Salary: £11.50 per hour
