We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Dayshift Care Workers for our Luxury Care Home Rosaburn House in East Kilbride.

Benefits include:

● Excellent pay: £11.25 per hour

● Flexibility: Shift pattern: 8am-9pm or 8am-3pm and 3pm-9pm with every Second Weekend Off

● Uniform at no cost: PVG & 2 Sets or Uniform paid for

● Experience & variety: Experience preferred but not essential

Responsibilities:

● To look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the Clients using a person-centred approach

● To observe and promote the Client’s human rights and the principles outlined in the health and social care standards

● To evidence that care is based on dignity and respect choice, compassion wellbeing and responsive to their changing needs

● To create and maintain good professional relationships with Clients, their family and friends and other stakeholders

● To actively support other Care Workers

● To adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations and Northcare’s policies, procedures and guidelines
