Job description

• Our healthcare clinic is seeking a friendly and caring Healthcare Assistant to help with administrative tasks. A successful candidate will assist the doctors and nurses at our clinic with a variety of administrative work, patient scheduling and other basic tasks. We're also looking for an individual who can maintain high quality standards while performing medical screening tests and who can effectively communicate with patients. Responsibilities: * Listen to patients and their families, assess their needs and formulate a care plan. * Assist with basic daily activities such as dressing, grooming and toileting. * Provide emotional support for patients and their families. * Advise patients on treatment options and refer to medical staff as needed. * Communicate with medical staff and other professionals in the hospital. * Encourage patients to follow their treatment plan. * Educate patients about their conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£16.55 per hour
