Job description
Working in care homes, assisting vulnerable adults with:
- Getting out of bed, washing, bathing or showering and drying
- Change bedding when required
- Administering prescribed creams
- Getting dressed
- Oral care
- Nutrition and hydration
- Pad changes and freshen ups
- Emptying and cleaning commodes if required
- Prompting medication
- To bed
- Undress and dress into night wear
- Entertainment
- Manual handling (hoisting etc)
Showing, kindness and compassion at all times.
Shifts vary, general shifts are 12 hours including, early's, lates and nights, but there is flexibility.
Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 weeks
Salary: £11.23-£22.46 per hour
