Job description
- Assisting with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, showering, dressing, and toileting.
- Helping residents with mobility such as transferring bed to wheelchair/armchair. Utilising equipment to move patients when necessary
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, including cleaning and Helping tidy the residents’ rooms, and disinfecting the equipment.
- Keeping accurate records of residents' care.
- providing emotional support to residetns and thier families including listening their concerns and providing reassuring to them.
- Communicating with the health care team about any changes in residents condition.
- Assisting nurses and other staff when needed
- Adhering to professional standards
- Delivering reports to Case Managers and reviewing any important changes in the patient’s condition
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
