About us
ACTS Healthcare is based in Derby, where we are working hard to support young adults aged 18 years and above with their complex mental health and learning disability needs.
To provide Service of Care to service users to enable them to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. This Care Service will involve a programme of personal care and household management that is personalised for each service user in the form of a Care Plan. Assist in providing practical and personal support. Care duties will therefore include assisting clients in their own homes to live as independent as possible according to health and personal support needs and requirements: Dressing and undressing, preparing the service user for Day Care or trips out. All aspects of personal hygiene, administer or prompt clients to take prescribed medication Preparation of snacks and meals Assisting with feeding, as required. Light duties of general domestic support.
