Salary up to £50,000 per annum dependent on experience
37.5 hours per week

We have a unique and exciting opportunity to support, develop and deliver Nuffield at Leeds specialty specific referral sales strategy for the Primary Care, Corporate clients and local businesses.
The role will be pivotal within the hospitals Sales and Marketing Department.
You will be personable, confident, self-motivated, and credible with commercial insight – these combined with a proven passion for achieving results.
Key Accountabilities
Work to retain patients generated from within Nuffield Heath primary care
Support & Develop a targeted growth referral strategy with revenue targets for selected specialties and consultants which incorporates key audiences such as primary care, physiotherapists, local businesses and other target audiences
Develop key internal relationships to support the growth of the specialty and design and oversee an MDT approach in day-to-day delivery
Develop and harbour relationships with key corporate clients to increase opportunities
Working with corporate clients and SMEs with Nuffield multi-disciplinary teams to build tailored packages and innovative solutions as part of the specialty growth strategy
Design and deliver a specialty marketing plan with the input and support of the Sales and Marketing manager within budget
Report monthly on revenue and referral growth specific to the plan and undertake effective measurement of all activity to both hospitals.
Report weekly on activity planned and previous week outcomes to Consultant Liaison Manager and monthly to the Business Development Director.
Identify new business and services to support the growth of the specialty plan
Be innovative in providing solutions for GPs and key audiences that build brand loyalty
Work with Nuffield Gym colleagues to devise cross lead generation for selected specialty lines
Actively network with other departments and consultants within the hospital to meet the needs of the referral audience
Organise, market and deliver events using most up to date methods of attraction to be number 1 choice in the market place for CPD education
Work with the Consultant Liaison Manager to achieve referral targets and revenue capture
Gather and report back market intelligence
Use CRM systems to ensure effective account management of all key relationships with stakeholders
You will have;
A proven track record of Sales, Business Development/GP Liaison in an NHS/Private setting
A proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative without supervision
Good numerical and analytical ability
Ability to influence diverse sets of audiences
Proven ability to work effectively in a team
Strong prioritisation and time-management skills
Results driven and proactive with a clear passion and drive to succeed
Proven experience of presenting to groups – GPs, Consultants, businesses
Proven experience of designing, organising and delivering small, medium and large scale (200+ delegate) events
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Full UK driving licence may be required
It is desirable for you to have:
Previous experience in a private hospital setting
An understanding of the private healthcare sector and credibility with senior healthcare professionals as well as corporate clients

Our successful, purpose-built hospital deals with complex surgery and a vast range of specialities involving some 300 consultants. There are 80 bedrooms, an 8 bed Level 3 critical care unit and 6 theatres (2 Stryker laparoscopic and 2 laminar flow). We are close to the city centre and central railway station.
