Job description**
Harbour Care Services Ltd are looking for passionate, enthusiastic Care Workers to work in the Milford Haven, Hakin, Herbranston, Steynton, Neyland, Rosemarket, Johnston,* Haverfordwest* and surrounding area’s** to provide support to enable customers to live as independently as possible in their own homes. Harbour Care Services Ltd carers pride themselves in offering a local, friendly service dedicated to providing clients with the quality, professional Personal Care service they deserve in the comfort of their own homes. As such, we are looking to expand our team of dedicated Care Workers and require polite, caring individuals who like to make a difference.
We provide care to older people as well as people with physical disabilities, mental health disabilities, learning disabilities, people with dementia living at home.
It is essential to be a driver** with your own car.
Experience is not essential as full Induction and on-going training is provided by the employer with the opportunity to obtain a QCF qualification in health and social care and AWIF Registration. Free uniform provided. Essential attributes include;** Excellent Communication Skills, Patience, Empathy, Flexibility and Compassion.
The job role requires you to; provide personal care, perform domestic duties, promote independence, dignity & well-being and generally support people who use our service in their own homes .
Various Full-time and Part time shifts.**
