Warehouse Team Member / Delivery Driver
Blas ar Fwyd are a leading distributor of quality & artisan foods & drinks to trade customers throughout Wales.
This role combines both delivery driving duties and warehouse work in a full time position.
Warehouse Team Member
· Assist Blas ar Fwyd drivers to load their deliveries into their vehicles.
· Picking and packing orders ready for delivery.
· Unload and sort stock from vehicles returning from our South Wales depot and other suppliers
· Prepare the warehouse for the day ahead, including tidying and putting goods into stock.
Driving
· Driving a Blas ar Fwyd vehicle to deliver goods to our customers taking full care of the products, doing so in a timely and efficient manner.
· Check the goods are correct for the customer, and the customer is happy.
· Collecting goods from our suppliers and returning them to Blas ar Fwyd.
Please note – schedule driving days to cover annual leave of other drivers will be scheduled in which will mean later finishes than 2:30 – on average 4:30.
Days, Hours and Pay
· Monday - 7.00am – 2.30pm
· Tuesday – Friday 6.00am – 2.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.50 per hour
