We are looking for Head Waitresses/Waiters who want to work in an unforgettable environment, providing an enchanting experience to our guests.
The Role
Due to expansion, we require an experienced Head Waitress/Waiter who will confidently work in a fast-paced environment, where expectations are high.
Our Head Waitress/Waiters will be engaging leaders who are positive role models to the rest of the restaurant team. You will inspire people entering the hospitality industry, encourage a talent pipeline within the team, be hands-on, motivated and committed to delivering excellence.
Your product knowledge, attention to detail and engaging communication style will allow you to play an integral role within the restaurant team, setting and maintaining first class standards.
The Person
Our Head Waitress/Waiters will have previous restaurant experience and ideally you will have been exposed to training team members at some point in your career.

You will play an integral role within the restaurant team, setting and maintaining first class standards and creating unforgettable memories for our guests.
• Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a high-end restaurant or establishment, which will enable you to run a section in the restaurant independently.
• You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• You are highly reliable, responsive and able to work cohesively with the existing team.
• You can work well under pressure and adapt pace, as required.
