Head Waiter/Waitress
The Social Company is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Head Waiter/Waitress to join our amazing Team in Social Eating House - Soho (4 Rosette restaurant).
Position Summary
You will have excellent product knowledge and always deliver exceptional guest service. You will be responsible for your own section and overseeing junior members of the front-of-house team. You will have excellent attention to detail. You will assist the restaurant Management in ensuring all guests receive outstanding service.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 2 or more years of fine dining restaurant experience or its equivalent as Head Waiter/Waitress.
- Desire and dedication to offering premier fine dining experience.
- An understanding of exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations.
- Enthusiasm and looking to develop a successful career in high-end restaurants.
- Clear communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
- Food and Beverage knowledge.
- Customer Centric.
- Strong Time Management Skills.
- Professional Composure.
