Job description
THE ROLE
As Senior Maître D of Nobu Restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire reservations process and in creating an exceptional guest experience for our guests. Your tasks as Senior Maître D will include but will not be limited to:
- To supervise the host/host team in order to deliver a fantastic service.
- Allocating all reservations and taking them to their seats.
- Overlooking the whole reservations process on a daily basis.
- Ensure all reservation details are up to date from special occasions to allergens.
- Creation of guest profiles; making note of guest preferences such as table, menu items, dishes etc.
- Ensuring all guests are greeted by their first name.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

Salary: £12.00-£20.00 per hour
