Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire, set to open her doors in spring. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.
As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.
The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired Bath House, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
As a Head Waiter in our lively Brasserie and Orangerie, with south facing views of the grounds, serving an all day menu of seasonal favourites from Oxford Cheddar souffle to Beef wellington you will provide our members with an attentive, exceptional and personalised service and look after their needs , you will also be assisting the Restaurant Manager and their Assistant Floor Managers in the organisation and supervision of service in the restaurant and bar areas. You should be passionate about food and beverage service and help in assisting the smooth running of service.

- Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
- A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
