Salary: c.£38,600 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for Business Winning Administrator to join our experience team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to learn more about Business Development (BD), while supporting a highly successful and fast-moving team. You will have ownership for the day-to-day responsibilities of below:
- Supporting the BWC Team through all activities, contributing to the execution of its tailored processes
- Contributing to the successful delivery and continuous improvement of Business Winning training and development
- Helping to maintain our best-in-class tools to support business winners
- Supporting the management of the Group Business Development (GBD) BWC intranet site
- Coordinating training, assessment, communities of practice and sharing best practice events
- Carrying out day-to-day administration of the BD Training portfolio, in conjunction with HR Services
- Supporting the team in BD / Business Winning (BW) Assessment activities and maintaining Business Winning SharePoint sites
- Coordinating the promotion and administration of live and virtual training and best practice sharing webinars
- Providing administrative and project support to the BWC team whilst maintaining BW processes and best practice documentation
- Providing updates to the Business Management System for Business Development Function owned documentation.
- Developing relationships with key suppliers, such as event managers at venues
Your skills and experiences:
- A good level of Project support skills and has potential to develop further basic understanding of business winning environment
- Ability to solve complex problems where required
- Proven experience working in a complex administration environment
- IT literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

The Business Winning Capability team:
You will be joining a developed team of structured, self-starters and sales focused individuals. This team aims to improve activity across BAE Systems to increase the Company’s capability to win more business. Working in Group Business Development (GBD) in Head Office, the role is responsible for specific tasks to support delivery of capability management and activities.
