Job description
This important position is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of strategic workforce planning framework at the University in support of our vision and core strategic goals. Your role in the development and embedding of workforce planning capacity and capability across the University will include supporting talent and succession planning, through the successful implementation of appropriate processes, tools and professional development.
You will be a senior leader in the People and OD Directorate and will work in close collaboration with colleagues in our Faculties, Strategic Change Office and Finance Directorate.
The Candidate
you will have:
- Chartered Membership of CIPD.
- Degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience of operating as a senior level HR professional leader in a complex organisation.
- Significant team leadership and people management experience.
- Successful track record of devising and implementing a workforce planning methodology in a large and complex organisation.
- Prior experience of developing talent pipelines and succession plans.
