About the role:
InPost UK is actively looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to lead our UK Sales team and grow our pipeline of leading retail partners.
You will be accountable for delivering the UK new business commercial objectives, tasked with building out a sales engine to deliver scalable growth. You are data oriented, with experience developing and deploying a sales playbook, as well as building and inspiring a high performing sales team.
The successful candidate will be both strategic and willing to get their hands dirty. Naturally curious, tenacious, and resilient with a drive to deliver results.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the delivery of our sales growth with UK retail and ecommerce partners
- Grow, lead and develop a high performing UK sales team
- Build and embed a data-led sales engine that delivers scalable new business growth
- Partner with Marketing to drive scaled demand generation and lead qualification
- Lead the new business commercial strategy (both short and longer term) to deliver UK commercial objectives
- Lead the development of the UK retail value proposition, utilising consumer and retailer insight
- Help to develop and drive the go to market strategy for new product solutions
- Partner with European market commercial teams to drive best practice and cross border opportunities
- Coach the team and drive performance through a strong KPI and data-oriented approach
- Own Enterprise commercial deals and negotiate profitable outcomes
- Work cross functionally with Tech, Product, Finance and Logistics teams
What we need from you:
- Proven commercial leader who can hit the ground running
- Proven ability of building high performing sales teams in a fast growth, results oriented business
- Experience building and deploying a sales playbook that delivers a data led, scalable sales processes
- Strong data-led approach
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, fintech and/or logistics technology
- Track record of leading teams to overachieve commercial goals
- Self-motivated problem solver, with outstanding attention to detail and has the ability to go high as well as low in terms of management
- Strong individual track record of excellence in sales, with outstanding negotiation skills
- Passion for developing teams, with clarity on what motivates growth and performance
- High level of agility and growth mindset
- Resilience and a strong desire to win
