The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business goals
- Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals
- Drive innovation and assess new technologies to identify potential benefits for the company
- Oversee technology projects from conception to delivery
- Develop and manage technology budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions into business processes
- Ensure technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable
- Proven experience as a Head of Technology or similar leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with various technologies
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with technology budgeting and vendor management
