Location: Worthing, Hybrid working
Perm/FTC: Permanent
Hours: 37 hrs
Salary: Up to £87,000 based on experience, £500 Car allowance, 20% bonus, PMI

As the Head of Talent Development, you will play a critical role in bringing our vision to life. Leading the Talent Development, Technical Training and Inclusion teams, you will lead on our inclusion and engagement strategies so that our people feel that they belong and that they can build rewarding careers with Southern Water. You’ll define and implement the people and organisational talent development strategies and processes, working closely with your fellow centre of excellence and business partners to realise these.
It doesn’t stop there, your team will also lead on Southern Water's successful Early careers projects such as our Graduate programme and apprenticeship schemes. Bringing in the next generation of talent to the Southern Water Family.
You will improve the capability of employees from entry level up to Senior leadership with various training plans designed and developed by you and your team. You will have the opportunity to cover a variety of training such as health and safety, tactical and operational training, inclusion offering and recruitment to name a few, ensuring that our people have the right capabilities and skills to do their jobs.
You will be CIPD qualified and have extensive experience in learning and development with people management skills and knowledge of managing associated budgets linked to talent development.
