As our Head of Talent and Resourcing you will bring together our permanent and temporary recruitment, review and improve our marketing and attraction, support improving our offer to staff and deliver the overall recruitment strategy making the most of social media and headhunting approaches.
We have a new vision, brand and ambitious priorities to deliver under a new Leader and Administration. We are seeking an individual who has a real passion for their profession, understands what an excellent performing recruitment team looks like, experience in senior level recruitment with a proactive approach to sourcing excellent candidates.
