What you'll be doing:


Oxfam GB is looking for a new Head of Speak Up to lead the team managing the Oxfam Speak Up whistleblowing channel, triaging concerns raised and ensuring high quality reporting to donors. It is a key role in terms of Oxfam’s transparency in how we deal with misconduct.


You'll have:


We're looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to the values of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion in all you do and our feminist principles.

An ideal candidate for the role will also have/ be:


  • work with confidential and sensitive information
  • make judgements in a pressured environment
  • report to key external stakeholders, particularly donors and regulators
  • develop reports and communications to support the team purpose
  • report to internal stakeholders to support intelligence-led decision-making
