Job description

Head of Sales - EMEA ZL Technologies is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our growing company's leadership team as Head of Sales for EMEA. This person will grow, lead, and inspire large-enterprise sales teams in the territory, with a view to driving pipeline and generating revenue. This is first-person-on-ground role, with an immediate remit to hire enterprise sales individuals. Responsibilities Start creating engagements with strategic prospects and partners in the region. Hire, lead and retain a team of high performing enterprise sales individuals. Create and execute a world class sales plan for the region. Commitment to domain and subject mastery for self and team. Manage and inspire sales staff, including creating a positive and results oriented sales culture. Monitor and manage sales performance. Onboard, equip and coach new sales team members. Represent ZL Technologies at industry trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other events. Requirements You will need: A substantial and successful track record in an IT field sales leadership role for a vendor of data management or related complex software solutions. Some background in growing sales teams and managing sales teams in a high growth environment. Experience selling complex IT solutions to large enterprise, including banking and other financial services. Preferably, experience of being one of the first people on the ground in a new territory. A good understanding of enterprise IT concepts and processes.
