Introduction: Head of Sales
Oracle are a successful, award-winning asbestos management service provider. We are looking for a head of sales to help achieve the company vision to grow revenue by three times its current size over the next 10 years.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is able to lead, manage and build a team to achieve this.
They must have extensive skill at acquiring new repeat business and building long term relationships with blue chip clients.
The Role:
- Develop and grow the sales department and sales function of the company.
- Develop and implement the plan and strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals.
- Prepare targets, forecasts and KPI reports to be used by the senior management team to help plan the development of the organisation.
- Effectively generate new leads, build relationships, and close sales for blue-chip clients across the UK.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including operations, finance and marketing.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of the sales process.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers.
What we are looking for:
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- Open minded, positive, keen to learn and grow
Experience:
- Previous successful leadership of a sales team in a rapid growth environment.
- Evidence of driving sales through acquisition of new blue-chip clients.
- Budget management.
- Exceptional personal performance in delivering challenging objectives.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, driven, results-orientated and proactive attitude.
- IT proficient, excellent at use and maintenance of CRM systems.
- Full clean driver’s licence.
