Title: Head of Sales
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead and grow our sales team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, developing, and implementing effective sales strategies, and managing and mentoring the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the overall goals of the company
- Set and track sales targets for the team, and provide regular reports on progress to senior leadership
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, with a focus on expanding the company's customer base and revenue
- Hire, train, and manage the sales team, providing ongoing coaching and support to help them achieve their goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and coordination in sales efforts
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and the competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
