Job title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Broad Oak - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: up to £47,940 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Supports and engages in the full project management lifecycle
- Develop bid proposals
- Managing project schedules (using MSP)
- Financial reporting using associated finance toolsets (including SAP S4)
- Lead on risk management for the project – conducting frequent reviews with workstream leads and management of mitigating actions
- Management and co-ordination of actions and issues to ensure adherence to the agreed project schedule
- Manage project resources – ensuring risk areas or gaps are highlighted as required
- Assist with management of configuration control on design documentation
- Support monthly project review and project control meetings
Your skills and experiences:
- University degree or relevant experience
- APM PM Qualification or equivalent (including Prince)
- Experience of managing financial reporting cycles and budget management
- Ability to work using own initiative and someone comfortable by changing focus day-to-day
- Experience of risk management

Digital Asset Management team:
Working in Digital Asset Management (now part of Digital Intelligence) – working in the International Programme Delivery Team, you will also be Working as part of a multi-disciplined wider delivery team including Solution Architects, Data Modellers, Business Analysts, Software Developers, Testers etc.
