Are you currently managing a property management department looking for your next challenge?

Do you have a focus on customer service and ambition to grow a department and business? We are based in London looking for an experienced manager to take over the property management department and assist with the growth plans over the next 5 years. Managing a team of 8, you will create procedures and strategies to increase revenue and improve customer service levels across the department.   • • What you'll do: • As Head of department, you will have full responsibility to drive performance and results
  • • Ensuring each client (new & old) experiences a seamless service from start to finish • Handling all escalations & complaints with a resolution and retention mentality at speed
  • • Ensure properties are compliant and following industry codes of conduct - handling renewals and legislation changes
  • • Continuously evolve our best-in-class customer service culture • Hold weekly one on one performance meetings with your staff
  • • Setting annual revenue targets, and reporting results quarterly to the leadership team
  • • Evolve contractor relationships and commercial partnership • Lead our client referral scheme based on retained landlords
  • • Personally manage a portfolio of clients and attention property visits • Evolve training process inline with the company values and culture (including Arla training with all new staff)
  • • Ensure a seamless out of hours operating system (evenings and weekends) • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
  • • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends
  • • Liaise with our accounts department daily on all business matters What you'll have:
  • • Proven work experience as Property Manager • ARLA qualifications • Familiarity with all industry laws and regulations • Exceptionally high levels of organisation and attention to detail
  • • Customer service mindset • Competence with office management software (Reapit)
  • • Professionalism and leadership qualities • Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word • Bottom-line orientation • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills • Well organised with excellent time management skills • Minimum 5 years relevant experience · • Line manager experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £35,300.00 per year
