We are seeking a Head of People & Culture to join our dynamic team. As the trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of our organisation and ensuring that our employees have the leadership, talent, and capabilities needed to drive results and achieve our business objectives.
You will be responsible for anticipating and assessing our P&C-related needs and communicating them proactively to both the P&C department and operational management. Your ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders will be essential in delivering value-added services that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Policy Development & Implementation
- Develop functional or operational policies and help develop policy frameworks for area of responsibility or department.
- Take responsibility for creating underlying procedures and monitoring their implementation
- Identify requirements for HR frameworks and tools within an important area of responsibility to meet business needs
- Specify the design and manage development and implementation, ensuring compliance with external requirements and integration with the broader HR policy framework
- Provide authoritative specialist advice to senior managers at the business unit or regional level to enable the implementation of policy, projects, and change initiatives
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- Ability and confidence in liaising with and influencing all levels of management
- Articulate communicator with strong oral presentation and writing skills
- Strong data analysis, report design and presentation skills
- MS Office, Excel advanced and PowerPoint
- Experienced in the use of Programme and Project Management tools such as MS Project, or equivalent desirable
- A warm and open interpersonal style with the ability to build rapport quickly and the ability to credibly influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and use initiative and innovation to address challenges
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of setbacks and changing business requirements
