We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Operations to lead our operational efforts in the UK, drive customer satisfaction, and shape the future of renewable energy in the UK.
Function:
In your role as Head of Operations you will report directly to the Country Manager. You will be responsible for setting up and coordinating the operational processes of our company in the UK, whilst building a team to provide you with support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with our UK growth objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimisation: Streamline and enhance operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, including staff, equipment, and facilities, to support our growth trajectory.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Champion our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through operational excellence.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data and analytics to drive decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and track key performance indicators across the business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operational leadership roles, preferably in the renewable energy/photovoltaic industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional team leadership and management skills.
- A track record of optimising operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Commitment to sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
