Head of Operations £90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Company Car Allowance Rota: Monday to Friday Benefits: Company Car, Mobile Phone, Laptop My client, a successful Plant Equipment Rental company, who are looking for a Head of Operations who will be responsible for all operations within their depots, client sites and cover Hire, Engineering and Transport. As Head of Operations you take the leading role within the expansion of a successful business, you will be responsible for all aspects of - Safety, Staff, Engineering, Fleet, Sales, supply chain, budget and reporting. The successful Head of Operations will require the following: A background in the equipment rental industry - plant, powered access, pumps, generators, small tool, site accommodation etc. A proven record of running a successful operations within the plant industry.
