Head of Operations

About us

Caha! is the car management app that is making life simpler for drivers. As the Head of Operations, you will lead the strategy, and optimisation of all operational activities related to the Caha! product and services with a focus on People, Finance and Customer Operations. You will develop efficient processes that increase results, boost team performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work in a hybrid environment where you will attend the office 3 times a week in London.

You will report into the CEO for CaHa.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the daily operations of the company, including customer operations, finance, hiring and talent development

  • Manage our recruitment process and develop an employee onboarding experience

  • Oversee the recruitment and training of the customer operations team to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Maintain our wiki to ensure accurate documentation of all processes

  • Manage relationships with third-party providers and vendors, including DLG

  • Oversee the OKRs process and ensure agreement on goals, monitor team performance, provide feedback and support, and ensure team are engaged

  • Manage operational budgets and resources to ensure financial goals are met, and model for future growth

  • Ensure that all operations follow legal and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, Law or HR environment.

  • Experience improving operational efficiency

  • Knowledge of industry trends, laws and regulations

  • Develop solutions

  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up is a plus
