Job description
As Head of Operations, you will lead a growing Project Management team, providing support for Coventry University Group’s industry focussed projects, and ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled for a project portfolio currently valued at £30m. You will play a leading role in resource planning and team growth as new contracts are secured.
Additionally, you will be an escalation point for the project management team, and ensure high levels of quality are maintained across the portfolio and implement continuous improvement strategies.

The Enterprise & Innovation Organisation work across global markets, in particular the UK, SE Asia, Middle East & North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Eastern Europe providing support and expertise to support lifetime learning, stimulate industrial research, develop high-value strategic partnerships, and commercialise new ideas and the current products/knowledge that will also drive our performance against the Knowledge Exchange Framework (KEF).
