£48,000 – 55,000 (DOE) plus bonus structure up to 20% + £4800 car allowance

As our Head of Operations you will manage the exceptional service delivery of national contracts supporting Social Care Projects. for CHS Healthcare/Xyla Health and Social Services looking for smarter, leaner efficient operating models.

Everyday you will...
- Identify ways to improve process and service delivery whilst taking full accountability for the service and output of the division
- Work closely with out Client Partner to contribute to forecasts and support profit and loss providing updates on plans for improvement, redirection and change
- Provide line management responsibility for Project Delivery Manager(s), who in turn manage a team of Coordinators setting goals and objectives using effective ways to track and measure progress
- Work closely with Business Development teams to ensure that operational resources have the requisite skills to deliver client contracts as required
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments and Operations Managers across the team to create one Ops team model, addressing shortfalls and looking at areas of continuous improvement

To thrive in the role you must have....

Significant operational experience working for a large managed services business, preferably within healthcare or working with public sector and social care for either Adults or Children’s services
- An ability to take the initiative and propose new ways of doing things, ready to spot opportunities to improve or areas of concern to address and change how we do things
- Experience of leading, coaching and developing team members with a focus on delivery – on time, on budget and exceptional delivery every time
- Expertise to challenge and influence at all levels of the business in a positive and respectful, building effective and productive relationships
- A personality that embraces differences and welcomes challenge and feedback in order to grow
