What you'll be doing:
We are looking for a Head of Online Shop, to provide strategic direction and leadership in line with our feminist principles and values. To manage the Oxfam Online Shop ecommerce platform (content, integrations, business processes). To own the objectives and performance (KPI) of the team; to lead feminist leadership & culture change; to ensure appropriate management of people and activities; to be professional expert in area of work.

An ideal candidate for the role will also have/ be:
- Experience of managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces, and creating positive change in work culture, processes and practices.
- Lived experience (s) or evidence of learning/taking action on anti-racism and inequalities
- Background in managing online content and production teams and experience in defining great user experience in e-commerce.
- Proven strategic thinking to develop and deliver significant change (technology, design, structure).
- Ability to manage large digital change projects and think strategically and have a strong commercial focus with a deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs and the use of analysis tools to drive activity and achieve results.
- Track record of making demonstrable improvements to customer journeys via designing, owning and delivering customer journey-based initiatives.
- Experienced project manager, capable of defining project requirements and overseeing delivery of web development projects on time and on budget e.g. redesign, mobile channel development etc.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships and work collaboratively with others from different backgrounds and skillsets
