As the Head of Marketing, you will need to have a strong understanding of modern methods of marketing, including influencer marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing. You will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns across these channels to build and grow our brand in both the B2B and B2C spaces. Additionally, you should have experience analysing and interpreting marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions and ensure campaigns are delivering a strong ROI. Your ability to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices will be crucial to developing and executing a successful marketing strategy for our Group. We are investing in growing our adapted and wheelchair accessible vehicle propositions and are looking for individuals who share our mission to make transport more accessible.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that will enable our company to grow in the adapted and wheelchair accessible vehicle market.

· Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.

· Build and grow our brand in both the B2B and B2C space, ensuring that our message is consistent across all channels.

· Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across all innovative and digital methods of marketing, brand and comms, including digital marketing, SEO, industry events, TV, radio and press.

· Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools and materials.

· Analyse and interpret marketing metrics to measure the success of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

· Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing leadership and development opportunities.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, and bring new ideas and approaches to our marketing strategy

· Develop and drive thought leadership.

Skills and Experience Required:

· 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on building and growing brands in both the B2B and B2C space (ideally combination of agency and in-house positions).

· Proven track record of success in creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital and social media marketing.

· Strong experience in all modern methods of marketing, brand and comms, including digital marketing, influencer, SEO, industry events, TV, radio and press.

· Experience working in the vehicle rental, transport and mobility industry or a related field is desirable.

· Experience managing digital developments and assets, in particular websites and customer tools.

· Experience managing third party agency partners.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and compelling way.

· Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team and developing talent.

· A data-driven mindset, with experience in analysing and interpreting marketing metrics and making data-driven decisions.
