Job description
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement to deliver targeted communications and engagement activity to build the reputation and influence of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.
With extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, you’ll be responsible for developing, and promoting a stakeholder engagement and marketing strategy to engage the right people at the right time.
You’ll represent the Trust at a national and local level, increasing the profile and influence of the Trust, building media relationships, and ensuring proactive communications.
It is an exciting time to join CWPT’s communications team, which has recently grown to a team of 8, working towards delivering CWPT’s Communications Strategy. As a part of the role you’ll be responsible for the daily management of the communications team, supporting their growth and development, in line with their professional goals and the wider communications strategy.
This is a challenging role, and we’re looking for someone who will use their experience and initiative to develop it over time, working closely with the Assistant Director of Communications and Engagement, Leadership and Directorates.
