- Collaborate with the Analytics team to oversee the data/cloud/DevOps architecture put in place for data acquisition, forecasting, optimisation models, and asset trading.
- Ensure the smooth operation and optimisation of data acquisition processes, model execution, and trading activities.
- Supervise and enhance the cloud infrastructure to support scalability, availability, and performance requirements
- Work closely with the Analytics team to maintain and improve data/model production pipelines.
- Collaborate on data engineering processes to ensure efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage for analytics and trading purposes.

- Build, lead, and manage the IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and performance excellence.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives and priorities.

- Strong background in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and data/cloud architecture (incl. IaC).
- Experience with data engineering, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with power markets, trading systems, and analytics is highly desirable.
