As the Head of Integrated Community Services, you will work in partnership with Commissioners, Lead Clinicians, Advisors and other Senior Managers in partner organisations including cross agency working developing integrated community services in line with relevant Trust business and strategic plans and national policy direction.

To provide leadership in development of Integrated Community Services, service planning, role modelling and creating an environment for Dorset HealthCare values to be fully embedded.
Provide leadership for co-ordinating integrated care and associated clinical pathways across the localities within the role holder’s responsibility.
To have overall accountability, leadership and management responsibility for all departments and teams within the service/s area.
Identify and nurture future talent and support the development of future exceptional leaders for DHC.
To assist the Service Director, Integrated Community Services in the operational delivery of community services.
Actively contribute to service developments and improvement initiatives within integrated community services.
Ensure the safeguarding of children and adults (as appropriate) ensuring that multidisciplinary staff work together to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and adults, ensuring adherence to local safeguarding policies and procedures.
