The Opportunity
As Head of Inclusive Growth and Skills, you’ll drive social value from the significant physical development activity underway and planned at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park acting as an ambassador, promoting our exemplar approach to Inclusive Growth, a trusted and expert advisor to our Developer partners to ensure they play their part in this exciting agenda, and an inspirational leader to your direct reports and delivery partners to ensure that we continue to deliver excellence and achieve best value.
You will spearhead our sector-leading approach to Inclusion and Diversity to ensure that QEOP’s construction and built environment programme better reflects the communities we serve, and you will be a champion of our key principles of Good Work and Fair Employment practices, advancing our ambitions for a London Living Wage Zone at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Is it for you?
You’ll need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of and commitment to inclusive growth and inclusive economy, with strong project management skills and able to work in a complex stakeholder environment.
