Are you looking for a part-time, seasonal job based in the Trafford Centre that’s full of FUN? Who wouldn’t want to work in the ultimate indoor playground and what can only be described as a giant box of LEGO®?!

Working here feels pretty unique and our Customer Service Assistants are a vital ingredient in the guest experience. Therefore, we’re looking for people who strive for the best, are guest focused, and radiate passion and enthusiasm.
In these varied roles you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on LEGO related goodies, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative. You could also be working on the front line dressing up as one of our many characters during events.
You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit. You could find yourself helping customers at any point throughout the attraction.
These are seasonal, fixed term positions, contracted from June to November. All our seasonal roles are offered on a flexible basis, as availability of work may vary.
