Crossroads Caring Scotland provides care and support to enable people to remain in their own home. Established as a charity in Scotland in 1978, we have services across Scotland and pride ourselves in the support we provide each other as a team and our not-for-profit ethos.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the post holder is a member of the Executive Management Team and exercises management responsibility for Human Resources and Learning and Development support across the organisation.

You will be educated to degree level with extensive experience as a HR generalist.

- Salary: £51,745 - £55,519 pro rata per annum
