Working with Shared Access
Shared Access is a fast-growing telecommunications infrastructure company. Shared Access has worked with Mobile Network Operators and Landlords to fund, design, acquire and install over 1,000 mast locations across the UK and Ireland and developed installations in a number of high-profile settings including the world-class new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Role
We are recruiting for a Head of HR reporting into the Chief Operating Officer.
The role is responsible to plan, lead, develop, and coordinate the HR policies and manuals of the company to ensure implementation of the company’s mission and talent strategy, as well as legal compliance.
We require at least 3 years of successful HR director level experience.

Benefits & Salary
- Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experinence) per year
- Bonus scheme up to 20% of basic salary per annum
