Job description
I'm looking for an experienced People Partner to join a technology company embarking on its journey to scale up and build out the HR department.
This is an autonomous role reporting into the People Director, so this person must be experienced enough to be happy to work very independently, navigating the culture
and having full visibility across the company.
You'll business partner with leaders to support leader capability and team performance. You'll be data driven to look at where the business is doing well and identify improvements.
This is a very hands on role managing the people lifecycle and culture building, covering all elements of HR including, setting the HR agenda, performance & development, employee experience, compliance & procedure and setting policy around diversity, onboarding, annual review process and working with leaders to identify training gaps.
You will need to have worked within people operations and enjoy the challenge of operating in a start up, you will be skilful at building relationships and able to
work well under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Ideally you will come from a consulting background looking to move in-house.
